Hi everybody we are still in NY, our home-buyers are apparently the worlds slowest moving creatures on the planet getting their mortgage through the most incompetent loan officer in the universe and then there is snow and a holiday every other week so" yeah us"! Its with great pleasure I present to you the sequel to "We are never going to move", "We are never going to move part deux".
